A great time!! Float trips are more "adult" oriented. Wear river shoes as there are lots of rocks and many large boulders in the water. Come early for the best tube selection.
We waited for an hour and a half to get on a bus for the long trip... It was so hot! The blacktop is nothing to fool around with when you're standing on it in the sun for that amount of time! 10 mins before we got on the bus, the guy at the bus waiting to load us, finally wet down the blacktop to cook it off... But, we made it through... The float is nice.. but WAY too many people.
We have been going there once a year for 18 years. We very much enjoy the tubing trip and the convenience of the bar on site. Free WiFi would certainly be a great amenity they could add.

Great affordable campsite for outdoor fun. Security gets pretty abrasive after quiet hours... But other than that a great place
DO NOT camp here if you like to sleep or have young children. There were multiple sites around us that blasted music and profanities past quiet hours and were never told to turn it down. I would have given a higher rating had security been around to enforce quiet hours like their website says. Drunken people all over the place and their site says it will not be tolerated whatsoever.
